Dear Members, Hold the Date!

As a result of the current COVID-19 Emergency Assembly Restrictions, OPTTA has elected to hold a virtual Annual General Meeting online.

Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the ONTARIO PETROLEUM TRANSPORTERS & TECHNICIANS ASSOCIATION will be held on the 16th day of September, 2020 at 2:00 PM.

In the event that you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to assign your vote, a proxy form has also been made available. Your proxy helps to ensure that quorum is achieved and that business can be transacted in the event that you cannot attend the AGM. Click below to download the proxy form.
